About Me
I’m a senior product designer based in Silicon Valley, focused on making enterprise AI agents trustworthy and easy to control. At IBM, I design AI experiences for IBM Concert, an IT automation platform, including features that let teams track AI agents’ work and teach the AI with their own knowledge. Before IBM, I designed secure login and identity experiences at AT&T.
I care most about making complex technology feel clear and in the user’s control. I like to start with what people actually do, test early, and let research guide the design.
Outside my day job, I lead design for Women of MENA in Technology (WoMENAIT), where I redesigned their two websites and networking app and mentor junior designers. My community work has been recognized twice by San Francisco City Hall.
When I’m not designing, I love painting, mountain biking, snowboarding, and backpacking. I recently started a human figure sculpture class, my newest creative challenge.
